PLOT SUMMARY

Madman Roxor kidnaps scientist Robert Regent and steals his revolutionary death ray, planning to use it to revert humanity to the levels of primitives. Regent's brother-in-law, the mystic yogi Chandu, determines to use his powers to find the missing scientist and save the world from Roxor.
