SUMMARY
A misunderstanding provokes a vicious war between the Martian Mysterons
and the forces of Earth, led by secret organisation Spectrum. The Mysterons
can revive the recently dead to use as agents in their war of attrition
against Mankind, but Spectrum has its own secret weapon – Captain
Scarlet, who has already been duplicated by the Mysterons, but who was
still alive at the time. Now able to resist Mysteron control, Scarlet
is indestructible and a vital weapon in the fight against the alien
menace.
