PLOT SUMMARY

Struggling comic strip artist Mike is amazed when his creation, Brenda Starr, comes to life and, upset by how little Mike seems to appreciate her, leaves the strip. In desperation, Mike draws himself into the strip and finds himself in the worldof Brenda Starr where the plucky reporter has gone to Amazon in search of a scientist who has created a secret formula which allows him to create cheap fuel from water.
