PLOT SUMMARY

The residents of Pebbles Court in Homesville are being secretly experimented upon by Dr Carrera whose new drug had horrific side effects. Those exposed to the drug soon find their bodies literally melting away and the once peaceful suburb is engulfed in violence and anarchy.
