PLOT SUMMARY

Radioactive waste dumped in the sea awakens a prehistoric monster that projects electric shocks and radioactive beams. Unable to attack it with conventional weapons because such an attack would spread radiation over a wide area, the authorities have to race against time to find a way to stop it as it approaches London.
