PLOT SUMMARY
Scientists develop a serum that can hunt down and destroy cancer cells.
But a leak introduces the serum into the basement where a colony of
rats are exposed to it, becoming lethal, aggressive mutations.
CAPSULE REVIEW
It comes to something when a film about mutant killer rats can't even
frighten thos os us who have a phobia about rodents. Dreadful CGI, terrible
acting and a muddled script add up to a torturous viewing experience
with not a single redeeming feature. Ridiculous, technically inept and
boring to boot. One well worth avoiding.
