PLOT SUMMARY2017: a top-secret and
highly contagious Soviet germ warfare weapon has been
accidentally released in the wake of the collapse of the
USSR. Hundreds of thousand of people across the world
have been killed. In Boston, a known serial killer has
been infected and is loose somewhere in a refugee camp. A
team of elite officers is sent in to find him before he
becomes contagious.
